Community Accommodation Group?
Every home is unique. So is every housing need.
Community Accommodation Group (CAG) is a charity.
We deploy Social Impact Funding to purchase homes. We make them available to vulnerable people for the long-term. We partner with Local Authorities, Housing Associations, support charities and housing management companies. We provide this support together or on our own. But we prefer partnerships.
We are a ‘Housing First’ charity. We believe that having a stable, permanent home is the platform required for people to live a fulfilling life. We provide the home and the support.
We are a disruptive agent for change and we deploy millions of pounds to shift the housing market in favour of the vulnerable. CAG supports local Councils and homeless support charities by providing homes for life and arranging care and support unless and until it is no longer needed.

We are a Housing First charity. We target those people most in need and who are eligible for supporting people who need help. We assist from referral on day one until reintegration into society.
Our homes are permanent. Our support stems from an emotional and practical standpoint; to aid the healing process and solve difficulties unique to each resident's circumstances. We provide the home and arrange the support. Our houses are furnished and maintained.
